Sets out options and consults on the strategic direction for the CAA’s review to simplify general aviation pilot licensing and training, such as merging the national and former EASA licensing regulations, and simplifying requirements. This is the first of three phases of the project. Phase 2 looks at details on individual licences, ratings and certificates.
