Economic Licensing Enforcement Guidance

The guidance on the application of our enforcement power seeks to inform our stakeholders - business and their advisers, consumers, consumer groups and other interested parties - on how we apply our enforcement powers and duties under the Transport Act 2000 for air traffic service licences and the Civil Aviation Act 2012 for airport licences.
