About the CAA

Page Summary

These Standards Documents are designed to provide helpful guidance for a wide range of CAA approved flying training activities. The only mandatory requirements are found in the Air Navigation Order (2005) and JAR-FCL. From time to time we will be consulting the Standards Documents with the UK bodies representing the flying training industry to ensure a balance between the contents of the Standards Documents and the needs of industry.
