Description:In April, the Directorate of Airspace Policy launched a consultation on proposals to establish an Aerodrome Traffic Zone (ATZ) at Lerwick/Tingwall airport. Given the NATMAC consultative response coupled with the input of local aviation stakeholders , there is no reason to delay the introduction establishment of the ATZ which has been established with effect from 1 August 2012.
