Reference:ORS4 No. 919 Title:General validation of the JAR-compliant licences issued by Bulgaria, Slovakia and Hungary for aircraft registered in the United Kingdom Description:The purpose of this general validation is to make clear that the JAA licences of Bulgaria, Slovakia and Hungary are valid for UK-registered aircraft until the EASA Aircrew Regulation Annexes are implemented in the UK following a determination by EASA that the JAA licences issued by these three States are JAR-compliant and a recommendation from the European Commission that they be afforded the same status as JAA licences issued by the former mutually recognised JAA States.
