Title:The use of a Medical Declaration with Pilot Licences that are deemed to be Part-FCL licences when flying Simple Single Engine Aeroplanes (SSEA), Self Launching Motor Gliders (SLMG) and Microlight Aeroplanes
Description:This exemption is issued to enable the holder of an aeroplane pilot licence issued by the CAA that is deemed to be a Part-FCL licence to use that licence while having only a Medical Declaration issued under UK law. While so using the licence, the holder can only exercise the privileges of a Light Aircraft Pilot Licence for aeroplanes as defined in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 1178/2011 and of a United Kingdom National Private Pilot's (Aeroplanes) whichever is the more restrictive.
