Description:The European Union has signed bilateral safety agreements with the governments of the United States of America (USA) and Canada. The Technical Implementation Procedures for these bilateral agreements require that aircraft being exported or imported from/to the United Kingdom and either the USA or Canadian registers are declared by the exporting authority to comply with the importing authority’s requirements, by means of a Certificate of Airworthiness for Export.
