Description:Commission Regulation (EU) No. 691/2010 as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1216/2011 lays down a performance scheme for air navigation services and network functions. The Regulation establishes three Safety Key Performance Indicators (SKPIs) that States must report on.
