Description:Aeronautical Information Circular W073/2011, published on 11 August 2011, advised that the CAA began providing theoretical knowledge examinations for professional licences (CPL and ATPL) to the latest amendment standard of JAR-FCL 1 and 2 from June 2011. This Information Notice provides further clarification for candidates who are sitting the Instrument Rating examinations to either the old or new standard of JAR-FCL 1 or 2.
