Description:This proposal comes about as a result of some safety concerns expressed by currently approved organisations that they neither have the resource or, in some cases, the expertise to undertake direct monitoring of sub contract activities. Smaller organisations in particular have raised this as a problem and have requested that the CAA consider reintroducing such approvals.
