This form is for making requests, where CAA is required, as the competent authority, to consider whether a check / replacement involves simple techniques, in accordance with UK 145.A.30(j)(4) and the associated AMC 145.A.30(j)(4) 2(ii) l; such that a Part 145 organisation can grant an authorisation to perform such a task.
