On an annual basis you will automatically be invited to re-validate your Civil Aviation Authority Publications Subscription.
You will be sent an email from email@example.com showing "CAA Subscription Service (Subscription Re-validation)" in the subject field. To continue to receive email notification you simply need to click onto the link included in the body of the email, that is all, you do not have to supply any personal details.
The CAA has introduced this measure to reduce the number of failed emails that are returned to CAA when an email notification is sent out. In addition, this will also allow our website users to confirm their areas of interest on a regular basis.
When we send out the subscription emails we receive a number of "failed to deliver" messages. These are mostly due to changes at the destination. If you believe that you are missing any messages please check your account details.
We also receive a number of returned emails which have been rejected by Spam filters, if you have installed such software on your PC please check to see that you are allowing our emails through.
We monitor the number of failures we receive and if it is obvious that the failure is terminal we delete the accounts.
You need to log on to the Subscriptions service as an existing user and amend your details.
If you have forgotten your password and you no longer have access to your old email address to receive a reminder then simply re-register using your new details.
If a colleague now needs to receive details instead of you then please delete your subscription and invite your colleague to subscribe for notifications.
The CAA web site administrators are not able to change your details.
The free email service notifies you when a publication is amended or a new publication is issued.
To ensure that users are informed in the event of a publication being superseded, or an entirely new publication being released, it is necessary to subscribe to a category.
Where appropriate a document will appear in more than one category.
