All Leisure Holidays Ltd ATOL 3897 has ceased trading with immediate effect.
The company traded under the names; Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery and under the Websites www.swanhellenic.com and www.voyagesdiscovery.co.uk
For bookings which do not include a flight element, consumers should contact ABTA.
For non-UK originating bookings, consumers should contact All Leisure Holidays Ltd's administrators, Grant Thornton UK LLP.
Consumers' currently overseas information
If you are currently overseas on a trip purchased with All Leisure Holidays Ltd and you hold schedule flight tickets, the flight remains valid for the return to the UK. Passengers are advised to check with the Airline as per their existing flight ticket.
Accommodation and Cruise arrangements.
The CAA is speaking to the accommodation providers in order to guarantee accomodation. It is possible that consumers may be requested to pay again for accommodation, or other elements purchased as part of the ATOL protected trip. Consumers who repay, should ensure that they retain a clear receipt showing the method of payment; which will be required in order to submit a claim for reimbursement.
There is a helpline for consumers currently overseas. The telephone no is 0808 164 8810. Lines may be busy. The CAA cannot refund costs incurred with calling the helpline.
Consumers due to travel from today onwards information
Consumers due to travel on cruises and flight inclusive cruise packages.
All future cruises and flights are cancelled. If you booked a flight inclusive cruise with All Leisure Holidays Ltd and were issued with an ATOL Certificate and confirmation which states 'Package sale'. You can make a claim for a refund for the amount you paid to All Leisure Holidays Ltd for your ATOL Protected package (depending upon your original method of payment, see details for original payments made by credit card).
Payments made directly to All Leisure Holidays Ltd
If you paid for your original trip either partially or fully by credit card directly to All Leisure Holidays Ltd, your claim will be with the credit card provider for the portion you paid by credit card and the CAA for payments by other methods. Your credit card provider will require a copy of this letter.
If you paid for your original trip by any other methods directly to All Leisure Holidays Ltd your claim will be with the CAA.
Payments made via a Travel Agent of All Leisure Holidays Ltd
If you paid for your original trip by any method via a Travel Agent of All Leisure Holidays Ltd your claim will be with CAA.
Consumers with cancelled bookings
If you paid for your original trip either partially or fully by credit card directly to All Leisure Holidays Ltd your claim will be with the credit card provider for the portion you paid by credit card and the CAA for payments by other methods.
If you paid for your original trip by any method to an agent of All Leisure Holidays Ltd your claim will be with the CAA. If your Cruise was due to depart on the 3rd or 4th January 2017 you are not required to complete an Outstanding Refund Declaration (see section 12 of the claims guidance). All flight inclusive cruise packages which were cancelled for any other date other than the 3rd or 4th January 2017 will require completion of an Outstanding Refund Declaration.
Travel Agents Information
If you are a travel agent of All Leisure Holidays Ltd, you are advised not to refund consumers with any monies you are currently holding. Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings.
